Cleaning Checklist
We follow a comprehensive checklist to ensure every corner of your home receives the attention it deserves. Here's what you can expect from our professional cleaning service.
Bathroom
Clean and sanitize toilets (inside and out)
Scrub and disinfect bathtub and shower walls
Clean shower doors and remove soap scumheavy-duty scrubbing add-on may be required depending on build-up
Wipe down mirrors, faucets, sinks, and countertops
Dust medicine cabinet doors and wipe top ledges
Wipe down all bottles, canisters, and fragrances
Wipe down fronts and sides of bathroom cabinets
Kitchen
Clean and dust the top of the refrigerator
Wipe down upper and lower cabinet fronts
Clean and polish refrigerator front and sides
Wipe down exterior hood vent (no grease traps)
Clean and degrease stovetop and oven exterior
Thoroughly clean microwave inside and out
Wipe down and polish dishwasher front
Wipe down and sanitize kitchen backsplash
Clear, wipe, and sanitize all countertops
Scrub and polish kitchen sink and faucet
Clean pantry counters, floors, and shelves
Living Room
Clean slider both sides, touch up for fingerprintsIf there are multiple sliders that need to be done, you can add those on by counting the number of windows for the window add-on
Vacuum couch surfaces (if requested)
Carefully dust picture frames, and decor
Wipe down and polish coffee and end tables
Gently dust all lamp shades and bases
Bedrooms
Dust wall art, picture frames, and decorative items
Dust and wipe bed frames, nightstands, and dressers
Gently dust lamp shades and light fixtures
Vacuum accessible areas under the bed
making the bedsIf bed linens need to be changed (pillowcases, fitted sheet, flat sheet), we have an add-on service for changing bed linens
General (All Rooms)
Dust and wipe down window blinds
Wipe down window sills and ledges
Empty all trash cans and replace with fresh bags
Thoroughly vacuum all carpets, rugs, and floors
Mop and sanitize all hard floor surfaces
Deep Cleaning
Dust and brush HVAC vents (wiped if reachable)
Dust and hand-wipe ceiling fans no more than two steps high on a ladder or step stool
Carefully clean light fixtures in bathrooms and kitchen
Hand-wipe and dust all baseboards
Wipe down doorway trim and individual door panels
Sanitize all light switches and outlet covers
Clean inside all cabinets and drawers (Move-In/Out only)
Extra attention to floors, vacuuming, and mopping to ensure they are spotless
